Sparkling pineapple lemonade is the perfect drink for a hot summer day. This refreshing mocktail is a go-to for just about every party.
This non-alcoholic cocktail or mocktail is one of the best drinks that I have ever made. It is sweet, tangy, fizzy, and will surely quench your thirst this summer. So if you are planning to host a party or are looking for an easy mocktail recipe, give this a try. It uses just a few ingredients and is really simple to put together.
To make this drink you will require pineapple juice, lemon juice and soda water. To make it a little sweet, I have used honey. You can also use sugar syrup if you like. Lemon essence is used to provide a little extra citrusy aroma. But you can totally leave that one out if you so desire. Just mix all these ingredients together. Fill the serving glasses with lots and lots of ice. Pour the lemonade into the glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon. Here I have shared two ways of garnishing the lemonade with lemon slices. You can choose whichever you like.
You can also try sparkling apple mocktail. It is also a non-alcoholic mocktail and is made with apple juice, soda, cinnamon and star anise. Or you can try watermelon and pomegranate mocktail. It is also an easy and refreshing drink. To make this, you will need fresh watermelons, pomegranate, mint, lemon juice and ice. And if you are looking for a creamy mocktail recipe, try virgin pina colada. You just need 2 ingredients to make this drink – pineapple juice and coconut milk. That’s it! Just mix them together and serve.
