Watermelon and pomegranate mocktail is a light, refreshing and super simple drink. So stay cool this summer with this non-alcoholic cooler. Cheers!

Watermelon and Pomegranate Mocktail | Summer Drinks

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils ( or 1 large pomegranate)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6-7 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice

Cooking Directions:

Apply lemon juice on the rims of the glasses. Dip into powdered sugar and allow to dry for 15 minutes.

Add watermelon, pomegranate arils, sugar, mint leaves and lemon juice into a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Then pour water and blend again.

Pour through a strainer and discard the pulp.

Pour the juice into serving glasses. Add pomegranate arils and ice cubes.

Garnish with a watermelon slice and serve this watermelon and pomegranate mocktail immediately.
