Love Italian food? Then you will surely like this pizza flavoured oatmeal. I have made this with Saffola oats, instant pizza sauce (which is made with tomato ketchup), sweet corn, capsicum, a few spices and lots of mozzarella cheese.
So if you want to know how to make oatmeal in a mug in a microwave or how long to microwave oatmeal without boiling? Then keep reading!
Mug: Always use a microwave-proof mug for this recipe. Here I have used a 300ml ceramic microwavable mug. If you are using a smaller mug, then adjust the quantity of the ingredients accordingly.
Microwave: Every microwave has a different output wattage. The cooking time will change depending upon the wattage of your microwave. Here I have used a 900W microwave and it took 1 minute 30 seconds to cook this recipe. But if you have a 1200W microwave then it will take less time to cook, like for example under 1 minute. So you must check the wattage of your microwave before you make this recipe.
