Maggi Egg Devil

Ingredients
  

  • 5 packets (70g each) Maggi masala noodles
  • 6 eggs hard boiled
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles as per package instructions and then keep aside. Allow it to cool down.
  • Cover the boiled egg with Maggi and roll it into breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil on medium-high flame. When the oil is hot, add the egg and cook until golden-brown in colour.
  • Serve with carrot-cucumber salad and tomato ketchup.
