- 3 cups puffed rice
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup green peas boiled
- 1 medium-sized tomato finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized onion finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized potato boiled and cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp gram flour or besan papdi
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup gram flour or besan sev
Microwave puffed rice for a minute.
Add mustard oil and mix well.
Add cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt and red chilli powder. Give it a nice mix.
Then add green peas, tomato, onion, potato, coriander leaves, green chillies and besan papdi. Pour lemon juice and season with salt. Mix them together.
Add besan sev and stir it in. Avoid overmixing.
Serve immediately as it might get soggy.
