Quick and easy microwave mug pizza made under 2 minutes. This single-serving pizza can be the perfect snack/lunch/dinner recipe when you don’t have time to cook a meal or if you are feeling too lazy. It just requires a few ingredients, a mug and a microwave.
In a microwave-safe mug add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, black pepper powder, oregano and garlic powder. Using a fork, give it a mix.
Pour milk and olive oil. Stir it well and make a smooth batter.
Using a spoon, smoothen the sides and top of the pizza dough.
Microwave it for 1 minute. Then take it out.
Add a spoonful of mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza base.
Add a layer of pizza sauce over it. Followed by a layer of veggies.
Then add more cheese over the top. Make sure you don’t add too much cheese or else it will overflow in the microwave. Add a few sweet corns, chopped onion and capsicum.
Microwave for 30 seconds. Then take it out. Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes. Serve hot!
