Ingredients:
1 tsp gond katira crystals
½ cup water
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tsp gud/jaggery
1.5 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 cup milk
Ice cubes, as per liking
Instructions:
In a bowl, add gond katira crystals and water. Cover it and let it soak for 5-6 hours.
In a blender jar add 3 tbsp hydrated gond katira, cocoa powder, gud, 1 tbsp chocolate syrup and milk. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Drizzle remaining chocolate syrup into a glass, add ice cubes, and pour in the cold cocoa.
Enjoy your chilled, creamy, and delicious cold cocoa!
