Easy French Toast
This quick and easy french toast recipe makes a delicious weekend brunch. It uses only a few simple ingredients which can be easily found in your pantry.

4 large eggs 1 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tbsp sugar Pinch of salt 4 slices of bread 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp oil Honey for serving
In a shallow baking dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla essence, sugar and salt.
Dip bread slices into the egg mixture. Sock both the sides well.
Heat 1/2 tbsp butter and 1/2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the bread slices until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Drizzle honey and serve the warm french toasts.
