Chilli Peanut Butter Maggi

  • 2 packets 140g Maggi noodles or any other instant noodles
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 ¾ - 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter smooth or creamy
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green chillies for garnishing


  • Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Pour oil and allow it to heat up.
  • Then add chopped garlic into the pan. Saute for a few minutes until it is fragrant.
  • Add grated ginger and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add chopped green chillies and cook for a few more minutes.
  • After that pour water into the pan and allow it to come to a boil.
  • When it starts boiling, drop the Maggi noodles into the water.
  • Then pour soy sauce, peanut butter, vinegar and honey. Give it a good mix.
  • Check the seasoning and add salt.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, turn the heat off.
  • Serve immediately.
