2-Minute Microwave Pizza Without Yeast

This 2-minute microwave pizza is the perfect snack recipe! It is quick, easy and so delicious.

Ingredients
  

For the no-yeast pizza dough:
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 ½ tbsp milk room temperature
For the Corn Veggie Instant Sauce Pizza
  • 1 tbsp instant pizza sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
  • Chopped capsicum onion and sweet corn
  • Oregano and red chilli flakes for garnishing
For the Paneer Veggie BBQ Pizza:
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
  • Chopped onion capsicum and paneer
  • Oregano and red chilli flakes for garnishing

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix well.
  2. Knead it for about a minute until it comes together. If the dough feels a bit dry then pour around ½ tsp milk and knead again. Make sure the dough isn’t sticky.
  3. Take a microwave-safe plate and line it with baking or parchment paper.
  4. Place the dough ball over it and start flattening it with your fingers. See the video.
  5. The diameter of the pizza base should be around 4-5 inches and it should have a ¼ inch (approx.) thickness.
  6. Prick the pizza base with a fork. Microwave for 40 seconds.
To make the Corn Veggie Instant Sauce Pizza
  1. Take the pizza base out of the microwave and apply the pizza sauce.
  2. Then add grated mozzarella cheese, chopped capsicum, onion and sweet corns.
  3. Microwave for another 50 seconds or until the cheese melts. Then take it out.
  4. Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes. Serve Hot!
To make the Paneer Veggie BBQ Pizza
  1. Take the pizza base out of the microwave and apply the BBQ sauce.
  2. Then add grated mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, capsicum and paneer.
  3. Microwave for another 50 seconds or until the cheese melts. Then take it out.
  4. Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes. Serve Hot!
