Cheese sev puri is a quick and easy snack that will go really well with your evening tea.

- 2 potatoes boiled
- 3-4 cubes processed cheese
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 12-14 puri/papdi
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 to mato chopped
- 3-4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 3-4 tbsp sev
In a bowl, grate boiled potatoes and cheese cubes.
Then add salt, chaat masala, garlic powder and chopped green chillies. Mix well.
Arrange the puris on a plate. Add the potato mixture, onion and tomato.
Pour tomato ketchup. Then sprinkle grated processed cheese and sev over the top.
Cheese sev puri is ready to serve!
