Method
- In a bowl, grate boiled potatoes and cheese cubes.
- Then add salt, chaat masala, garlic powder and chopped green chillies. Mix well.
- Arrange the puris on a plate. Add the potato mixture, onion and tomato.
- Pour tomato ketchup. Then sprinkle grated processed cheese and sev over the top.
- Cheese sev puri is ready to serve!
