Sukhi Green Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves with stem
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2-3 green chillies cut into smaller pieces
  • 1- inch ginger cut into smaller pieces
  • 8-9 cloves of garlic
  • ¾ cup roasted or fried chana dal I have used chana dal namkeen
  • 2 tsp chaat masala powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt.
  • Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
  • Sukhi green chutney is ready! Add this chutney to any bhel or chaat.
  • And if you want to use it later then store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
