- In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt.
- Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
- Sukhi green chutney is ready! Add this chutney to any bhel or chaat.
- And if you want to use it later then store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
