- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1-1.5 cups sukhi green chutney
To roast or bake the kabuli chana/chickpeas:
Preheat oven/OTG to 200-degree Celsius.
In a large bowl, add oil and salt. Mix well.
Then add the boiled chickpeas and toss them well. Make sure all the chickpeas are coated with the oil.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Transfer the chickpeas to the tray.
Spread them out in an even layer.
Roast/bake the chickpeas for 30-40 minutes or until they become crisp and golden brown.
Don’t forget to give them a stir occasionally, like every 10-15 minutes or so.
To make the chatpata roasted kabuli chana:
Take the chickpeas out of the oven and transfer them to a bowl.
Add the sukhi green chutney.
Give the chickpeas a good toss.
And serve them immediately.
