Cheesy Masala Egg Half Fry Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • Mozzarella cheese as per your liking
  • Leftover pizza seasoning or mixed herbs
  • Leftover chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a small kadhai or tadka pan over a medium flame.
  • Pour oil and gently swirl the kadhai to spread it out.
  • Allow the oil to heat up. Don’t add egg to cold oil, otherwise, the egg might stick to the bottom of the kadhai.
  • Carefully drop the egg. Oil will splatter a little, so be very careful.
  • Then, over the egg white, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, mixed herbs or pizza seasoning, chilli flakes and salt.
  • Allow the egg to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg sets, the edges are crispy and the cheese has melted.
  • Transfer to a plate. Serve hot with toasted bread slices.
