Spiced Watermelon Juice Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cups watermelon chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Watermelon balls/scoops for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • In a grinder jar, add chopped watermelon pieces and sugar. Grind until smooth.
  • Place a sieve over a large bowl. Pour the watermelon puree into the sieve. Strain it well.
  • Add lemon juice, black salt and chaat masala powder to the watermelon juice. Mix well.
  • Run a piece of lemon around the rim and then dip the rim in chaat masala powder.
  • Note: Adjust the amount of sugar and spices according to your liking.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass. Pour the watermelon sharbat into it.
  • Insert a toothpick into three watermelon balls (you can scoop it out with a measuring teaspoon).
  • Place it over the watermelon sharbat glass. Serve chilled!
