This drink is very simple to make and tastes delicious. Just grind the watermelon and sugar together. Pass it through a sieve, add the spices, mix and serve chilled!

In a grinder jar, add chopped watermelon pieces and sugar. Grind until smooth.
Place a sieve over a large bowl. Pour the watermelon puree into the sieve. Strain it well.
Add lemon juice, black salt and chaat masala powder to the watermelon juice. Mix well.
Run a piece of lemon around the rim and then dip the rim in chaat masala powder.
Note: Adjust the amount of sugar and spices according to your liking.
Add ice cubes to the glass. Pour the watermelon sharbat into it.
Insert a toothpick into three watermelon balls (you can scoop it out with a measuring teaspoon).
Place it over the watermelon sharbat glass. Serve chilled!
