Heat a pot over a medium flame.
Add oil and allow it to heat up.
Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter. Cook until fragrant.
Add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add onion. Cook until golden.
Add coriander seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for a minute.
Add cabbage. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Lower the flame. Cover the pot. Allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Uncover, add amchoor powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
Add coriander leaves. Mix well.
Lasooni patta gobhi sabzi is ready to serve!
