Lasooni Patta Gobhi Ki Sabji

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g cabbage or patta gobhi sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2-3 cups sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 tsp amchoor powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 3-4 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pot over a medium flame.
  • Add oil and allow it to heat up.
  • Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add onion. Cook until golden.
  • Add coriander seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for a minute.
  • Add cabbage. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Lower the flame. Cover the pot. Allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  • Uncover, add amchoor powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Lasooni patta gobhi sabzi is ready to serve!
