Ingredients
  

For the meat sauce:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 200 g chicken keema
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 g tomato puree
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp meat masala powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp sugar

For the spaghetti:

  • 100 g spaghetti
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion. Cook until they are soft.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook until the raw smell goes away.
  • Add chicken keema and salt. Mix well.
  • The chicken will release water. Cook until it evaporates.
  • Add tomato puree, water, meat masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and sugar. Mix well.
  • Bring to a boil. Cook until oil separates.
  • Boil water in a pot. Add salt and spaghetti.
  • Cook until al dente.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss well.
  • Serve hot!
