Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion. Cook until they are soft.
- Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook until the raw smell goes away.
- Add chicken keema and salt. Mix well.
- The chicken will release water. Cook until it evaporates.
- Add tomato puree, water, meat masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and sugar. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil. Cook until oil separates.
- Boil water in a pot. Add salt and spaghetti.
- Cook until al dente.
- Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss well.
- Serve hot!
