Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Water as required
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • 1- inch ginger chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 4-5 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and oil. Mix well.
  • Pour water. Knead well to make a smooth dough. Cover it and keep it aside.
  • In another bowl, add 2 eggs and salt. Whisk well. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl, add onion, ginger and green chilli. Mix well.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts.
  • Take one dough ball. And roll it out.
  • Heat tawa over a medium flame.
  • Place the paratha over it. Cook both sides for a few seconds.
  • Pour the beaten eggs.
  • Add onion mixture.
  • Fold the sides. Cook for a few seconds.
  • Flip and cook for a few seconds.
  • Pour oil. Cook until both sides are golden.
  • Serve them hot with ketchup.
