Mughlai Anda/Egg Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Water as required
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • 1- inch ginger chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 4-5 tbsp oil

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and oil. Mix well.
  2. Pour water. Knead well to make a smooth dough. Cover it and keep it aside.
  3. In another bowl, add 2 eggs and salt. Whisk well. Keep aside.
  4. In another bowl, add onion, ginger and green chilli. Mix well.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
  6. Take one dough ball. And roll it out.
  7. Heat tawa over a medium flame.
  8. Place the paratha over it. Cook both sides for a few seconds.
  9. Pour the beaten eggs.
  10. Add onion mixture.
  11. Fold the sides. Cook for a few seconds.
  12. Flip and cook for a few seconds.
  13. Pour oil. Cook until both sides are golden.
  14. Serve them hot with ketchup.
