Ingredients
Method
- Cut the apples into small pieces.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan on medium flame.
- Add the apples and saute for a minute.
- Then add 1/2 tsp freshly ground cinnamon powder and 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
- Cook till the apples have slightly softened.
- Add the apples to a blender. Pour 1/2 cup milk and blend until smooth.
- Add fresh cream, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder,1 tbsp sugar and rest of the milk. Blend again till everything has combined.
- Pour the apple pie smoothie into glasses. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon powder.
Notes
If you want to make it a little healthier, then instead of adding fresh cream you can use yoghurt.
