Baked Jalapeno Poppers

Baked jalapeno poppers are the best appetizers ever! They are super creamy, spicy and crispy. Stuffed with paneer, mozzarella cheese, jalapeno dip and topped with crushed cheese nachos.

- 6-7 bhavnagri chillies or jalapeno peppers sliced lengthwise and deseeded
- ½ cup paneer grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 3-4 tbsp Veeba cheese and jalapeno dip
- 6-8 cheese nachos crushed
- Salt optional
In a bowl, add grated paneer, grated mozzarella cheese and cheese-jalapeno dip. You can also add a pinch of salt if you like. Combine everything well.
Preheat the oven to 200-degree Celsius.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the chillies over it.
Stuff all the chillies with the cheese mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Take the tray out of the oven. Sprinkle crushed nachos over it. Serve immediately.
