Method
- In a bowl, add hung curd, icing sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk well.
- Pour strawberry syrup and using a spatula or spoon gently swirl the sauce into the yogurt.
- Pour a few spoonfuls of yogurt into the serving glass. Add a few dried cranberries. Then pour another layer of yogurt over it. Keep repeating until the glass is full.
- Drizzle strawberry sauce over the top and garnish it with a few cranberries.
- Serve chilled.
