Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 cup green peas boiled
  • 1 tsp bhaja moshla
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup puffed rice
  • Lemon juice and mustard oil for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat mustard oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and cook until they crackle and are fragrant.
  3. Add chopped green chilli and cook for a few seconds.
  4. Add boiled green peas and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in bhaja moshla and salt.
  6. Turn off the heat.
Serving Options:
    Option 1:
    1. Add cooked green peas to a serving bowl.
    2. Drizzle lemon juice and mix well.
    3. Serve.
    Option 2:
    1. Take puffed rice in a bowl.
    2. Pour cooked matar over the puffed rice.
    3. Drizzle mustard oil and mix well.
    4. Serve.
