Method
- Heat mustard oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and cook until they crackle and are fragrant.
- Add chopped green chilli and cook for a few seconds.
- Add boiled green peas and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in bhaja moshla and salt.
- Turn off the heat.
Serving Options:
Option 1:
- Add cooked green peas to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve.
Option 2:
- Take puffed rice in a bowl.
- Pour cooked matar over the puffed rice.
- Drizzle mustard oil and mix well.
- Serve.
