Method
- Roll out a dough ball into a circular shape.
- Spread 1.5-2 tbsp of malai, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges. Sprinkle 1-1.5 tbsp of sugar.
- Fold the paratha in half and seal the edges using a fork.
- Cook on a tawa over medium heat until both sides are slightly toasted.
- Pour oil and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Repeat the process to make the remaining parathas. Your Cheeni Malai Paratha is now ready to serve!
