Step 1: Prepare the Besan-Dahi Mixture
- In a bowl, combine dahi, besan, chaat masala, kasuri methi, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt.
- Mix well to form a smooth and thick paste.
- Gradually add water and mix until the desired consistency is achieved.
Step 2: Cook the Bread Toast
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame.
- Add ghee and let it heat up.
- Dip a bread slice into the besan-dahi mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated bread slice in the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
Step 3: Serve and Enjoy!
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
