Method
- In a shallow baking dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla essence, sugar and salt.
- Dip bread slices into the egg mixture. Sock both the sides well.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp butter and 1/2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the bread slices until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Drizzle honey and serve the warm french toasts.
