Method
To melt the chopped white chocolate:
- Add chocolate and butter in a bowl.
- Microwave it for 20 seconds. Then give it a good stir.
- Check if the chocolate has melted completely. If not, then microwave it again for another 20 seconds.
- After that, the chocolate will become smooth and silky. Make sure you don’t overheat it. Otherwise, it might burn.
- Keep it aside to cool down a little.
To make the vanilla frosting:
- In a grinder jar, add chhena, melted chocolate, icing sugar and vanilla essence.
- Grind until it is smooth and creamy.
- If it looks a little dry, then pour a few spoonfuls of milk and grind again.
- Transfer it to a piping bag (with a star nozzle).
- Tip: If it is too soft and not able to hold its shape, then place the frosting in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. It will become slightly firm and it will hold its shape better.
- Vanilla frosting is ready! Pipe it over any kind of cake or cupcake.
