Method
- In a grinder, combine coriander leaves, mint, sattu, cumin powder, black salt, hing, black pepper, green chilli, ginger and dahi. Grind until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a jug.
- Add chilled water to the grinder and give it a good shake to extract every last bit of the mixture.
- Pour this into the jug and mix well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sattu chaas over them.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
