Ingredients
  

  • 15-16 baby onions
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder/amchur
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 3-4 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp nigella seeds/kalonji
  • 1 tsp asafoetida/hing

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, add onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds. Mix well.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add kalonji and hing. Cook for a few seconds.
  3. Pour the oil over the onions. Mix well.
  4. Serve immediately or you can also refrigerate for 10 days.
