Method
- In a bowl, add onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds. Mix well.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add kalonji and hing. Cook for a few seconds.
- Pour the oil over the onions. Mix well.
- Serve immediately or you can also refrigerate for 10 days.
