Ingredients
  

  • 12-15 Jamun (Indian blackberry/Java plum)
  • 2-3 tbsp jaggery powder
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • Kala namak (black salt) to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Lemon wedge for rimming glasses

Method
 

  1. De-seed the jamun and transfer to a grinder.
  2. Blend jamun, jaggery powder, lemon juice, and ice cubes until smooth.
  3. Mix black salt and red chilli powder on a plate.
  4. Rub lemon on the rim of shot glasses, then dip into the spice mixture.
  5. Pour the jamun mixture into prepared glasses.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
