Method
- Take a loaf of bread, cut two thick slices. Here I have used homemade bread but you can use store-bought bread.
- Heat a tawa/griddle over medium-low heat. Place the bread slices over the tawa and toast both sides, until they become crisp and golden brown in colour.
- Then pour fresh cream over the bread slices and sprinkle sugar over the top.
- Serve immediately.
