Rose Coconut Sharbat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp gond katira crystals
  • ½ cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1.5 cups coconut water

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, add gond katira crystals and water. Cover and let them soak for 5-6 hours until they swell into a soft, jelly-like consistency.
  2. Grab a serving glass and add 3 tbsp of the hydrated gond katira, a splash of rose syrup, and a generous amount of ice cubes. Top it all off with coconut water.
  3. Give it a good stir and serve immediately for an incredibly refreshing drink!
