- In a bowl, add gond katira crystals and water. Cover and let them soak for 5-6 hours until they swell into a soft, jelly-like consistency.
- Grab a serving glass and add 3 tbsp of the hydrated gond katira, a splash of rose syrup, and a generous amount of ice cubes. Top it all off with coconut water.
- Give it a good stir and serve immediately for an incredibly refreshing drink!
