Method
- Cook the noodles as per package instructions. Drain, drizzle oil over them, mix well and keep them aside.
- Heat a wok over a high flame. Pour oil and allow it to heat up.
- Add chopped garlic. Cook until it becomes light golden in colour.
- Add chopped green chilli. Cook for a minute.
- Then add sugar, salt and soy sauce. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 seconds.
- Add the cooked noodles.
- Gently toss the noodles until they are well-coated with the sauce.
- Pour vinegar. Mix well.
- Chilli garlic chowmein is ready to serve!
