Method
- Boil water in a pot. Add salt and spaghetti.
- Cook until al dente.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion.
- Cook until golden.
- Add chopped garlic.
- Cook until fragrant.
- Lower the flame.
- Add red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss well.
- Turn the flame off. Add coriander leaves and toss again.
- Serve hot!
