Method
- In a saucepan, pour milk, fresh cream and white chocolate. Cook it over low heat for a few minutes while stirring it continuously. Make sure the chocolate melts completely.
- As soon as the mixture starts steaming and you can see small bubbles around the edges. Turn the heat off. Make sure it doesn’t come to a boil.
- Pour strawberry syrup and give it a good whisk.
- Then pour it into the serving glass and garnish it with some white and pink coloured sprinkles. Serve hot.
Notes
The sweetness of this drink is slightly on the higher side. So add white chocolate or strawberry syrup according to your taste.
