Method
To Make the dry/sukhi green chutney:
- In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt. Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
- Note: Store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
To make kurkure chaat:
- In a large bowl, add onion, tomato, lemon juice and sukhi green chutney. Mix well.
- Add kurkure and nylon sev. Give a good toss.
- Serve immediately!
