
2-Minute Kurkure Chaat Recipe
A delicious kurkure chaat recipe, made in less than 2 minutes. If you like sukhi/sukha/dry bhel then you should give this recipe a try. It’s quick, easy and the perfect evening snack!

Prep Time: 2 min | Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
To make the sukhi/sukha green chutney:
1 cup fresh coriander leaves (with stem)
½ cup fresh mint leaves
2-3 green chillies, cut into smaller pieces
1-inch ginger, cut into smaller pieces
8-9 cloves of garlic
¾ cup roasted or fried chana dal, I have used chana dal namkeen
2 tsp chaat masala powder
Salt to taste
To make kurkure chaat/bhel:
2 packets kurkure (82g each)
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup tomato, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
4-5 tbsp sukhi green chutney
1/4 cup nylon sev

Method:
To Make the dry/sukhi green chutney:
In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt. Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
Note: Store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
To make kurkure chaat:
In a large bowl, add onion, tomato, lemon juice and sukhi green chutney. Mix well.
Add kurkure and nylon sev. Give a good toss.
Serve immediately!
