¾cuproasted or fried chana dalI have used chana dal namkeen
2tspchaat masala powder
Salt to taste
To make kurkure chaat/bhel:
2packets kurkure82g each
4-5tbspsukhi green chutney
To Make the dry/sukhi green chutney:
In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt. Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
Note: Store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
To make kurkure chaat:
In a large bowl, add onion, tomato, lemon juice and sukhi green chutney. Mix well.
Add kurkure and nylon sev. Give a good toss.
