To make the sukhi/sukha green chutney:
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves with stem
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2-3 green chillies cut into smaller pieces
- 1- inch ginger cut into smaller pieces
- 8-9 cloves of garlic
- ¾ cup roasted or fried chana dal I have used chana dal namkeen
- 2 tsp chaat masala powder
- Salt to taste
To make kurkure chaat/bhel:
- 2 packets kurkure 82g each
- ½ cup onion chopped
- ½ cup tomato chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4-5 tbsp sukhi green chutney
- 1/4 cup nylon sev
To Make the dry/sukhi green chutney:
In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt. Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
Note: Store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
To make kurkure chaat:
In a large bowl, add onion, tomato, lemon juice and sukhi green chutney. Mix well.
Add kurkure and nylon sev. Give a good toss.
Serve immediately!
