Ingredients
  

To make the sukhi/sukha green chutney:

  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves with stem
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2-3 green chillies cut into smaller pieces
  • 1- inch ginger cut into smaller pieces
  • 8-9 cloves of garlic
  • ¾ cup roasted or fried chana dal I have used chana dal namkeen
  • 2 tsp chaat masala powder
  • Salt to taste

To make kurkure chaat/bhel:

  • 2 packets kurkure 82g each
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ½ cup tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4-5 tbsp sukhi green chutney
  • 1/4 cup nylon sev

Instructions
 

To Make the dry/sukhi green chutney:

  • In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt. Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
  • Note: Store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

To make kurkure chaat:

  • In a large bowl, add onion, tomato, lemon juice and sukhi green chutney. Mix well.
  • Add kurkure and nylon sev. Give a good toss.
  • Serve immediately!
