Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets masala maggi noodles
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp green peas
  • 3 tbsp carrot chopped
  • 3 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 3 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups water
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat a saucepan over medium flame. Add oil and butter.
  • Once the butter melts, add onion, green peas and carrot. Cook for 1 min.
  • Add tomato and capsicum. Cook for 1 min.
  • Add both the tastemakers, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the noodles. Cook for 1 min.
  • Add chaat masala powder. Mix well.
  • Cook until the noodles are fully cooked.
  • Pahado wali maggi is ready to serve!
