- Heat a saucepan over medium flame. Add oil and butter.
- Once the butter melts, add onion, green peas and carrot. Cook for 1 min.
- Add tomato and capsicum. Cook for 1 min.
- Add both the tastemakers, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
- Pour water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the noodles. Cook for 1 min.
- Add chaat masala powder. Mix well.
- Cook until the noodles are fully cooked.
- Pahado wali maggi is ready to serve!
