Ingredients
  

  • 4 bread slices
  • ½ cup kala chana boiled
  • 3 tbsp onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tsp aam ka achar mango pickle
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add kala chana and mash with a fork.
  • Add chopped onion, mayonnaise, aam ka achar and a little salt. Mix well.
  • Add this mixture over a slice of bread. Spread it out. Cover with another slice of bread.
  • Apply oil on the sandwich maker plates.
  • Place the sandwiches. Apply oil over the top of the sandwiches.
  • Close the sandwich maker. Cook until golden and crisp.
  • Serve them hot with tomato ketchup!
