Veg Tawa Masala Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bread slices
  • 200 g tawa masala Tempayy cubes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup water
  • Oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
  • Add cumin. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add chopped onion. Cook until it softens.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Add the tawa masala-flavoured Tempayy cubes. Cook for a minute.
  • Mash the cubes. Pour water and mix well.
  • Cook until the water evaporates completely.
  • Add this mixture over a slice of bread. Spread it out. Cover with another slice of bread.
  • Apply oil on the sandwich maker plates.
  • Place the sandwiches. Apply oil over the top of the sandwiches.
  • Close the sandwich maker. Cook until golden and crisp.
  • Serve them hot with tomato ketchup!
