Veg Tawa Masala Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bread slices
  • 200 g tawa masala Tempayy cubes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup water
  • Oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
  2. Add cumin. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped onion. Cook until it softens.
  4. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Add the tawa masala-flavoured Tempayy cubes. Cook for a minute.
  6. Mash the cubes. Pour water and mix well.
  7. Cook until the water evaporates completely.
  8. Add this mixture over a slice of bread. Spread it out. Cover with another slice of bread.
  9. Apply oil on the sandwich maker plates.
  10. Place the sandwiches. Apply oil over the top of the sandwiches.
  11. Close the sandwich maker. Cook until golden and crisp.
  12. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup!
