- 1 muskmelon/kharbuja
- ½ cup cashews/kaju soaked in water overnight
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup milk chilled
- Chopped nuts for garnishing
Cut the top of the muskmelon.
Remove the seeds. Scrape the pulp out and keep it aside.
In a grinder jar, add the muskmelon pulp, cashews, sugar and milk.
Grind until smooth.
Pour into the muskmelon shell or glass.
Garnish with chopped nuts. Insert a straw.
Muskmelon/kharbuja milkshake is ready to serve!
