Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:

1 muskmelon/kharbuja

½ cup cashews/kaju, soaked in water overnight

2 tbsp sugar

½ cup milk, chilled

Chopped nuts for garnishing

Method:

Cut the top of the muskmelon.

Remove the seeds. Scrape the pulp out and keep it aside.

In a grinder jar, add the muskmelon pulp, cashews, sugar and milk.

Grind until smooth.

Pour into the muskmelon shell or glass.

Garnish with chopped nuts. Insert a straw.

Muskmelon/kharbuja milkshake is ready to serve!

  • Chopped nuts for garnishing
