Muskmelon/Kharbuja Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 muskmelon/kharbuja
  • ½ cup cashews/kaju soaked in water overnight
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup milk chilled
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing

Method
 

  1. Cut the top of the muskmelon.
  2. Remove the seeds. Scrape the pulp out and keep it aside.
  3. In a grinder jar, add the muskmelon pulp, cashews, sugar and milk.
  4. Grind until smooth.
  5. Pour into the muskmelon shell or glass.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts. Insert a straw.
  7. Muskmelon/kharbuja milkshake is ready to serve!
