Method
- Cut the top of the muskmelon.
- Remove the seeds. Scrape the pulp out and keep it aside.
- In a grinder jar, add the muskmelon pulp, cashews, sugar and milk.
- Grind until smooth.
- Pour into the muskmelon shell or glass.
- Garnish with chopped nuts. Insert a straw.
- Muskmelon/kharbuja milkshake is ready to serve!
